CANCELLATIONS
You cannot cancel your order after a certain period of time after placing the order. This period varies from product to product.
Each product is prepared after your order.

PayPal fees will be borne by you for payments made with PayPal.
Refund fees for payments made with a Debit/Credit Card will be covered by you.

RETURNS
I do not accept returns as all the orders are “made to order” specifically for you.
Please note, I’m not one of the big mass production companies. I am an artist who carefully paints and prepares every handmade product.

Please note that you are purchasing a handmade collectible from an overseas country and despite our careful packaging, the item may be damaged on the way. Packages are opened and inspected during customs procedures and they are not repackaged as carefully as we do. For this reason, it may be damaged within the country on its way to you.
Please note that you accept such situations that may occur while purchasing. And we are here to solve all possible problems, don’t worry.


EXCHANGES
For a product damaged during shipping, you must inform us on the day you receive it. If the product is in a fixable condition, you will be given a partial refund of the price determined for the repair. If the product cannot be repaired, a new one will be sent to you after certain conditions are met. When you see that your package is damaged, have the courier keep a damage report for it. You must take a photo of the package. Otherwise, I cannot demand payment from the cargo company for the damage. In this case, I cannot help you. Please pay attention to this matter. If you do not have a damage report and the product is not usable, you will be given a partial refund.
